As a courtesy to our loyal customers, we offer free shipping.

How do GetwellCBD products ship?

GetwellCBD orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).

When will my orders ship?

All packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after a payment is processed. GetwellCBD® operates during normal business hours, 9am-5pm MST Monday-Friday. Our purchase policy allows 2-4 days for fulfillment to accommodate processing times during periods of higher volume
Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For faster shipping, we recommend ordering at the beginning of the business week.
Once your package has shipped you will receive confirmation via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate (2-5 days) begins after your order has shipped.

Can I make a change to my order after purchasing?

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been processed. This helps us avoid errors in the fulfillment process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the order cancellation policy?

We try to be as accommodating as possible with cancellations. Please email support@getwellcbd.com or call us ASAP to let us know if you need to cancel an order. We will always do our best to make it happen. Please note that due to our quick turnaround on orders, cancellations are not guaranteed.

I have an issue with my order. What do I do next?

We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order. Please contact support@getwellcbd.com to assist. If there is an issue with your product, i.e. damage, please send a photo of the product and a photo of your invoice to support@getwellcbd.com for assistance.
